I can recall as a child my fascination with the idea that everything around me was alive.
Back in the day, in elementary school, I was very curious about rocks, and with the support of my mother, I did a “science fair” project on rocks. Today, decades later, I still have that interest.
Life rolls on, I got married and divorced a couple of times, and had to find a “job,” but I was never that interested in money. Somewhere in my 20s, I became stuck on money, and the thoughts of life around me disappeared. I became engulfed in the householder and supporting a family pathway.
Today, I am enjoying three brilliant and loving children and amazing grandchildren. When I hit 50, I turned away from that pathway of focusing on others and turned within. It was a slippery slope, and I took a lot of heat, rode through mountains of confusion. Looking back today, that slope reconnected my awareness to my spiritual vision.
I believe we all have physical vision and spiritual vision. Life takes us where we want to go. It wasn’t until I began consciously using my spiritual vision that I uncovered authentic self-reliance.
The scope of my understanding morphed into comprehension. I am not even sure that makes sense to a reader, but it’s a truism to me.
One key finding I made is self-reliance, It’s the key to unlocking wisdom instead of knowledge, feelings instead of concepts, and an authentic desire to evolve myself.
In my younger days, I thought self-reliance meant paying the bills, building financial wealth, and pleasing others. Not so much anymore. But I had to go through that to get where I am today.
In this blog, I want to share my discoveries, ideas, and research. I am meeting the most remarkable people nowadays who open new doors to me.
I consider myself a normal guy. I worked in tech companies, was a high school teacher, and earned a Master's Degree in Curculium Design. It’s been almost 20 years since I established and sustained a small business providing website design and SEO services. My spiritual life has blossomed into a full-fledged farm, and that is what truly excites me.
This upside-down world we live in becomes crazier by the day. The bottom line is that the energy of life starts within. That is the path I want to share in this blog and website. I look forward to connecting with you about topics, you are not going to find reading the TV news, that dig into living as a self reliant sentient being.
